She was predeceased by: her spouse Douglas Forsythe; and her son Ric. She is survived by: her children, Dan (Peggy), Donna (Keith Cloete) and Judi (Dave Adams); her grandchildren, Heather (John), April and Matt (Kerry); and her great grandchildren, Douglas and Samantha.
