Douglas Masato Shiozaki Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Douglas Masato Shiozaki (Milton, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lisa; his children, Amber (Mauricio), Krista (Monir), Kevin and Mark; his stepchildren, Adam, Emmanuelle, Patrick and Calla; his grandchildren, Jaedyn, Cruz and Lennox; his father Ike; his mother-in-law Irene; his mother Chris; his father-in-law Denis; his sisters, Sandy (Jim) and Patty (Greg); his brothers-in-law, Craig (Mary Jo) and Mark (Patricia); and his siblings' children, Caitlin, Juan, Thomas and Sam. He was also cherished by his many cousins, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers we would appreciate memorial donations in memory of Doug Shiozaki to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
