She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Chmilar; her parents, Frances Exon and William Exon; and her friend Marion Exon. She is survived by: her brothers, Al Exon and Keith Exon (Marilyn); her granddaughters, Kendra Wilcox, Jenna Wilcox and Nan; her son Kent Chmilar (Penny); her grandchild Kelly Chmilar; her niece Ruth Legate Exon (George); and her children, Christa Legate and Phillip Legate.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
