Jack Cook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Cook (Milton, Ontario), born in Hemel Hempstead, England, who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert and Dorothy; and his siblings, Bertrum, Kenneth, Dorothy, Roy, Stella, Ronald and Peter.

He is survived by: his significant other Gillian; his children, Stephen (Heather) and Jacqueline (Rick); his grandchildren, James, Cassie, Garrett and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Cody, Keegan and Taylor.
