He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patty Gray; his parents, Bessie Currie and John Currie; his children, John (Adele), Jeff (Angela) and Jayne (Matt Downs); his siblings, Beth Avery (Andy) and Debbie Rapp (Ken); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicole, Tyler, Joshua Currie and Kaylee Downs; his stepchildren, Shawn Perepelytz (Theodora), Kelly Walker (Jeremy) and Shannon Perepelytz (Mike Spitzig); and his children, Kristopher Walker, Karlee Walker, Tyler Bodin, Michael, Steven and Justin Perepelytz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
