He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon McDonald and Pat McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Bousfield); his son Evan; his stepdaughter Sara (George); his granddaughter Bella; his siblings, Bill (Debbie) and Dorothy; and his parents-in-law, Roy, Eleanor Bousfield, Bill (Jeannie), Paul and Joy (Barry).
