She was predeceased by: her sister Barbara Matthews. She is survived by: her parents, Brian Kelly (Annie) of Coldwater and Agnes Kelly of Mississauga; her daughter Savannah Koshurba of Milton; her brothers, Stephen Kelly of Mississauga and Brian Kelly (Jennifer) of Stouffville; her siblings' children, Megan, Makaila, Zoe, Keilani, Monique, Jack and Jordyn; Tyler Koshurba of Milton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home Reception Lounge (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
