He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chester-Evans and Lillian Chester-Evans; and his siblings, Marjorie, Hazel, Lenore and George.

He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughter Sherri; his grandchildren, Kaylee and Brandon; his siblings, Shirley, Joyce Chappell (Ron), Edward Evans (Janice), Bruce Evans and Ray Evans; his sister-in-law Barb Chester; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, friends.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of Bud to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
