He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle; his parents, Dixon Green and Alice Green; and his sister Judith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Darby; his sons, Jeffrey, Christopher and David (Shana); his grandchildren, Brianna, Caspar and Theo; his brother Robert Green (Valerie); his brother-in-law Thomas Bell (Leslee); and his sibling's children, David, Julie, Lesley, Bryan and Gregory.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of Richard to Milton District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
