She is survived by: her husband Andrew Moens; her daughter Sarah MacKay; her stepchildren, Anneliese Moens and Jack Moens; her mother Joan Blackwell; and her siblings, Jane Whitman (Douglas) and Geoffrey Blackwell (Sally).
