In the vast expanse of eternity, Teresa shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Teresa farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Moens; her daughter Sarah MacKay; her stepchildren, Anneliese Moens and Jack Moens; her mother Joan Blackwell; and her siblings, Jane Whitman (Douglas) and Geoffrey Blackwell (Sally).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home Ltd. (114 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Anglican Church (317 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5).
