She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; and her sisters, Constance Montague and Lee Campbell. She is survived by: her sisters, Yolanda Mazza (Ray) and Rose Ceccanese; her daughters, Linda Caldana (Peter), Maureen McMillan (Marty), Therese Hendrick, Valerie Kelly (Paul), Pauline Dos Reis (Tony), Val, Nurse and Registered Nursing Assistant; her grandchildren, Mathew McMillan (Carrie), Brian Beadle (Amy), Amanda Higgins (Joel), Samantha Kelly, Daniel Dos Reis and Christina Dos Reis; and her great grandchildren, Brechan Livingstone, Emmerah McMillan, Dechlan McMillan, Hayden Beadle and Ellery Beadle.

It was Val's wish that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Society of the Little Flower or the charity of your choice.
