With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willy Elisabeth Boomhouwer of Milton, Ontario, who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dirk; her children, Linda Inglis (John), Norma Smith (Steve), Ingrid, Bill and Robert Boomhouwer (Vicky); her grandchildren, Ray Dennis (Kerry), Brooke Andrews (Matt), Jason Dennis (Becky Bound), Shannan Inglis, Laura Hunt (James), Teresa Smith (Chris Cuthbert), Graham Smith (Mareika), Kristopher Boomhouwer (Whitney Gorges), Kara Coutts-Smith (Matt), Daelin, Cole Andrews, Sienna Inglis, Ewan, Liam Hunt, Genevieve, Peter Smith, Isabel, Ainsley Cuthbert, Emma, Ben, Jack Dennis, Olivia, Evan Dennis, Aydin and Avery Coutts-Smith; her parents, Willem Linthout and Lijsbeth Linthout; and her siblings, Cornelis, Dirk, Catharina, Anna and Lize.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Henk, Rosa and Tiny; her friend Olive Lemanczyk; and also Holland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home Ltd. (114 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. David's Presbyterian Church (132 Main St N, Milton, ON L0P).
