It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kirk John Schofield of Milverton, Ontario, who passed away on October 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Michael Schofield. He is survived by : his mother Alice Purton; his siblings, Monica Iacobellis (Perry) and Dennis Schofield; his niece Danielle (Joe Lepore); his great-niece Alice (Logan Smith); and his great-nephews, Cody Morgan, Joseph and Michael Lepore.

As expressions of condolence, donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Parkwood Institute of London.

“Kirk and I quickly became best friends in high school. He was the kind of friend you might find only once in a lifetime. A kind soul, Kirk was easy to get along with, quiet, and quick witted. He fell in love with the farm life, and taking care of animals, and developed friendships with most of them. Kirk never left the farm to live elsewhere, and became part of our family. He was a remarkable human being. Alice, Monica, Danielle, and their families, I share in your grief and love you all.”
