It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti-Jo Schweitzer of Milverton, Ontario, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her uncle Donald Schweitzer; and her aunt Donna Charters. She is survived by : her aunts and uncles, Joy Schweitzer, Jim, Nancy McIsaac and Roy Charters.
