He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Mac; and his parents, Harold McKelvey and Mary McKelvey. He is survived by : his sons, Blaine (Michelle), John and Jim; his grandchildren, Dylan, Blaine Jr. and Amber (Devon); his great grandchildren, Lola and Luca; and his siblings, Irma Pasquino (Don), Vera Smith (late Ron), Max, Pearl Cowen (late Arnold) and Nancy Ackerblade (Jim). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
