It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gala Helen Newell (Minden, Ontario), who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Gene Newell; and her parents, Mark Snell and Lillian Snell (Walker). She is survived by : her children, Colin, Greg (Jenna) and Kelly (Chris Allaire); her grandchildren, Madison, Brock, Ava, Owen, Payton and Carter; her siblings, Chris Reid (Butch Harrison) and Jack Snell (Cathy); her sister-in-law Yvonne Newell; and her close friend James Bastedo. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Memorial Donations to the Minden Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
