As Helen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helen leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Templeton Elliott; her children, William (Carrol) and Morag Ritchie; her grandchildren, William Elliott, Nicholas Elliott, Zachary Elliott, Rebecca Ritchie and Emily Ritchie; and her sister Sadie Somerville. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd. (127 Bobcaygeon Rd, Minden, ON K0M2K0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
