She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barr and Mary Sedgwick (Allen); her siblings, Rowland Sedgwick (late Edna), Wendell Sedgwick and Genevieve Payne; and her niece Joan Bertin.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Philip Payne and Lorna Sedgwick (Keay); her nieces and nephews, Sonya Proctor (late Mike), Katherine Sedgwick (Raymond Brassard), Melanie Sedgwick, John Sedgwick, Kenneth Sedgwick, Megan Payne (Jeff Payne), Bruce Payne (Jennifer Ackert), Nancy Payne (Denis Grignon) and Valerie Payne (Scott Iverson); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nikita, Conor Payne, Esmé, Christian Iverson, Madeline, Sydney Payne, Yannick, Jonah Grignon, Nathan, Daniel, Emmet, Timothy Wisnicki, Sam, Tom Sedgwick, Julia and Claire Sedgwick; and also Joe Bertin.
