We announce the death of Peter Ecclestone (Minden, Ontario), who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 76. Peter will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Peter will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Peter will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Peter’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Ecclestone and Ruth Ecclestone; and his brothers, Bill and Tim Ecclestone. He is survived by: his sister Jane Wilson (Don); his wife Katie; and his children, Emmylou (Phil), Travis (Kaitlin) and Shelby (Trevor). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
