He is survived by : his wife Pam Kitchen; his children, Todd, Tracey (Bill) and Tyler (LeeLee); his grandchildren, Jordan, Matthew and Nathan; his brother Wayne (Sandy); and his nieces, Leslie and Valerie.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
