He was predeceased by : his children, Jimmy and Kim; his siblings, Bruce Cowen, Darrell (Rachael), Steve (Shelly), Lori Carreau (Shawn) and Cathy Nutall (Dave); his parents, Raymond and Loreen; his brother Kevin; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Landry, Annette Piecuch (Ken), Diane Jones (Frank) and Norman Landry (Denise).

He is survived by : his wife Claudette; his child Ryan (Susan); his grandchildren, Shyanna, Carter, Jake, Mikayla, Riley, Abigail and Ainsley; his sibling Pat; and his sibling-in-law Claude.
