He was loved and cherished by many people including: his girlfriend Debra Scott; his children, Carrie McKay (Chris Rogers) and Tony Billings (Shannon); his siblings, Vince, Beatrice, Glenn, Carolyn, Ronald, Phillip, Jack, Eric and Debi; and his parents, Marjorie Billings and Robert Billings. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
