He was predeceased by: his wife Lenore Wilda Prentice; his parents, Morgan Prentice and Lola Prentice; and his brother John Lee "Jack" Prentice. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cameron Berry (Joanne), Tanya Boisvert (Mike), Jessica Higgins (Joshua), Simon Milestone (Kim), Brittany Miethner (Erik), Rich Kinsman (Kim), Andy Kinsman (Tiffany), Chelsea Cosh (Dylan) and Justin McKelvey (Brooke).
