He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harvey and Katherine Harvey; his siblings, Alene and Crofton; and his siblings-in-law, Russell and Jack.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Harvey; and his sisters-in-law, Connie and Joan. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
