He was predeceased by: his parents, Custodio D'Souza and Lucilia Anna Clara D'Souza; his wife Philomena; his children, Orlena (Craig Ebata) and Llewellyn; and his brother Johno.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lucy (Francis Fernandes), Rosie (late Rufino Soares), Angie (late Assisi Fernandes), Marie (late Robert D'Costa) and Francis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cherished by his in-laws and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Visite Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (921 Flagship Dr, Mississauga, ON L4Y2J6). A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
