He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lydia (late Rui) and Agnelo (Jennifer). He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his sons, Colin (Theresa), Savio (Carol) and Ivan (Lin-Pei); his siblings, Thecla and Linda (Tony); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Leanne, Nicole, Philip, Julia, Susheela, Stephen and Genevieve.
