She was predeceased by: her sister Adelaide; her brother-in-law George Whitaker; her niece Tonia; and her parents, Mildred Parsons and Cecil Parsons.
She is survived by: her son Perry (Christine); her grandchildren, Grace, Holly and Charlie; her great grandchild Anthony (Tegan); her niece Cristina Smythe (Brendan); her great-nephew Benjamin; her great-nieces, Mia and Lucia Vena (Robert); her siblings-in-law, Pietra and Pasquale Mariani; Logan, Sloane, Patrick and Lia.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Trillium Health Partners Foundation in Daphne's name.
