He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Rush (Dave Rush) and Jacklyn Fischer; his siblings, Jennifer Turner-Walsh (Mike Walsh) and John Turner (Heather Turner); his grandchildren, Tyler Rush, Kennedy Rush, Kiera Fischer-Reese, Emelia Fischer-Reese and Oliver Fisher; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Sturtevant (David Sturtevant), Christine Frederick (Kyle Frederick), Jessica Turner, Chris Turner and John Turner (Shelley Turner).
