He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Joanna. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Gary (Sharon) and Nikole (Chris); and his siblings, Rusty Mishalkowsky (Walter), Chrystyna Waters (Glen), Roman Curkan, Zenon Curkan (Kelly Anne) and Anita Curkan. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
