He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Rawlik and Anna Rawlik. He is survived by: his wife Anastazja; and his children, Jerzy Rawlik (Maria), Mariola Benko (Miroslaw) and Dorota Szwedyk (Petro). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
