She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Drynan and Dean Drynan; her stepmother Louella Drynan; her sister Shirley Jackson; her husband Wally Hind; and her daughter Cathy Young.

She is survived by: her stepsister Ruth Bowes; her children, Louise Stacey, Rob Gilhuly and Elizabeth Maloney; and her stepsons, Chris and Eric Hind. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild.
