It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Charchalis-Barker (Mississauga, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Charchalis and Mary Charchalis; her husband Andrew Barker; and her brothers, John (Helen) and Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny and Terry; her aunts, Mary and Stephanie; her uncle Stevie; her cousins, Eddie and Frankie; her nephews, David (Richard) and Gary (Theresa); her adoptive daughter Vivienne; her stepsons, Mark Barker (Cathy), Scott Barker (Arlene), Paul Barker (Sherri), Babcia, Julian and Alex; her cousins, Junie, Patty, Danny, Joan, Gene, Teddy, Stevie, Michael and Donna; and her close friends, Dennis, Emily, Florence and Stella. She is also survived by her extended family, friends and godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Frances' charity of choice would be her nephew's charity: Epilepsy South Central Ontario 250A Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, ON L5G 1G9.
