He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Heim and Martin Heim; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his siblings, Martin, Theresa, Lizzy, Joe and Tony; his wife Irma Ort; his daughter Gaby (Joe); and his grandson Luke. He is also survived by his family, friends.
