He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Craig (Brenda), Kyle (Nancy) and Krista (Jason); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Stephanie, Matthew, Ryan, Curtis, Andy and Spencer. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family.
