He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Leon, Judith and Andrea; his parent-in-law Albertina Mejias; and his siblings, Choylin, Jacqueline, Eucklyn, Sandra, Geyan, Geman and Kimmy. He is also survived by his family members, friends.

Due to the restrictions still in place surrounding COVID-19, attendance at the visitation and service is limited and registration is mandatory. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive please stay home.
