It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald James McCaffrey (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patrick McCaffrey and Emily McMahon of Glasgow, Scotland.; his former wife Bernadette Sheridan; his siblings, Patricia (Bernard) and Peter Basil; and his son Richard (Allison).
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne O'Gorman; his siblings, John (late Joan) and Fran (Larry); his cousin Ed McMahon (late Rosemary); his children, Christine and James (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Colin, Sean, Cody, Evan and Lauren. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
