She was predeceased by: her husband José. She is survived by: her children, Lucy Raposo (Luis), Maria Blazic (Dave), Lorena Sousa (Humberto), José Cabral (Elia) and Margarida Soares; her grandchildren, Rick (Julie), Jeanette (Kent), Rebecca and Andrew Mathew (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Lila, Gavin, Isabelle and Jacinta.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully received to the Queensway Trillium Hospital.
