We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2025, at the age of 92, Joaquim Gomes (Mississauga, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joaquim departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joaquim. Though Joaquim may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Guilhermina; his son Carlos (Irene); and his grandson Adam.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Assumption Catholic Funeral Home Chapel (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
