We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2020, at the age of 91, John Lockwood (Mississauga, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Deborah Smyth (Ian), Cindy Grzeskowiak (Marek) and Brent (Teresa); his grandchildren, Marek (Marla), Karen and Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Olivia, Cameron and Claira. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, and 4 Great-grandchildren.

For those who wish, donations may be made to the UHN Peter Munk Cardiac Centre (Amyloidosis Research).
