He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Isabella; and his brother Hal Billard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth MacDonald; his children, Donna Doerksen, Lisa MacDonald and Peter MacDonald (Kim); his grandchildren, Jeromy, Brandon, Michelle, Fergus and Kelsa; and his brother David MacDonald.
