Joseph Wong Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Wong (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, David Wong (Christina), Esther Wong and Rachel Yu (Danny); his siblings' children, Conrad Wong (Susan), Melvin Wong (Kelly), Vincent Wong (Lori), Evelyn Smith (Andrew) and Tim Yu (Caro); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Sam, Anne, Ling, Ellison, Graham, Liam and Sophie.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Dixie Cemetery (737 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y2B5).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests instead that donations be made to his home church of many years: East Toronto Chinese Baptist Church.
