He was predeceased by: his spouse Nevenka Alilovic; and his child Ante. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ruzic (Alen) and Vesna Ropar (Davor); and his grandchildren, Daniela, Josip, Suzana, Nikolina, Marina and Luka. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and extended family.
