She is survived by: her significant other Wally Urbanski; her son Matthew; her siblings, Ron Forrest (Mary Lynne) of North Bay, Darylene Forrest of Orillia and Jim Forrest of Orillia; her sister-in-law Dianna Laredo of Ottawa; her nieces, Sara Forrest (Andrew) of Sudbury, Courtney Houldsworth (Greg) of Hawkestone, Amy Forrest (Neil) of North Bay, Caitlyn Forrest (Sean) of Orillia and Aurielle Laredo of Ottawa; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nolan, Linden, Finlay, Charlotte, Jack, Ivy, Caleb and Rylan; her close friends, Peggy, Gary Deschamps, Doug Mosdell, Barry and Hilary Marquart; and her friends, Marlene, Kim, Tim, Judith and Bev.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dorothy Ley Hospice in Etobicoke.
