Laura Gerra Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laura Gerra (Mississauga, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Laura's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

She was predeceased by: her husband Luigi. She is survived by: her children, Steven and Christine (Andy).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Merciful Redeemer Parish (2775 Erin Centre Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5M5W2). A committal service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Prayers Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H 7A8).
