Laura Piatkowski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Piatkowski (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Laura departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Laura may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Laura leaves behind.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Henry; her children, Mary-Katherine, Anthony (Dana), John, Patricia and Mark; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Dawn and Freedom.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter "peel" Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
