Leszek Cieslukowski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leszek Cieslukowski of Mississauga, Ontario, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucjan Cieslukowski and Stanislawa Cieslukowski (Burzynska). He is survived by: his wife Helen Cieslukowski; his children, Patrick Cieslukowski (Angela) and Basia Malinowska; his brother Andrzej (Basia); his nephew Szymon; his grandchild Matteo Cieslukowski; his niece Victoria Rzepecki; and his nephews, Rayden and Jaysen. He is also survived by his family and friends in Poland, as well as, many friends.
