He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eliza; his children, John (Lavina), Lancy (Lizzy), Max (Priya), Nancy (Max Mendes) and Anita (Sunil Bantwal); his grandchildren, Rayner Mendes, Warren D'Souza, Larissa D'Souza, Shaina Mendes (Webster Lobo), Anoop D'Souza, Varun Bantwal, Neha D'Souza, Tamera Mendes and Ankit Bantwal; and his great grandchild Isaiah Ligori Lobo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Eco Life Celebration Centre of St. John's Dixie Cemetery (737 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y2B5). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John of the Cross Roman Catholic Church (6890 Glen Erin Dr, Mississauga, ON L5N2E1).
