She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Alexander Herron; her parents, Stanley Langdon and Grace Langdon; her brothers, Bruce Langdon (Doreen) and Al Langdon (Betty); and her daughters, Lynda Forbes (David) and Ann Herron.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Wilson (Brian), Bob Herron (Karyn), Jayne Herron and Bruce Herron (Roxanne); and her grandchildren, Rob Herron (Alexandra), Carolyn Wilson, Shalayne Herron, Alexandra Lindsay (Cam), Victoria Herron and Olivia Herron (Liam).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the Ovarian Cancer Canada or Alzheimer's Society of Canada, both causes near and dear to her heart.
