“Uncle Mike at the cottage - though a cousin in the sense of the family tree - he was always Uncle Mike to us. He was a foodie that I learned so much - his lamb on the bbq and our lunches on the dock with potato bread and his Panzanella salad. More than that he shared his music with me - he gave me a copy of Daisy a Day, his favourite music he and Aunt Margot had from years ago. Found atop my collection I played it in his memory.
