He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerry Duggan and Barbara Duggan. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Abby, Maya, Michael and Liam; his brothers, Barry, Kelly and Kevin; and his aunt Colleen Harvey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
